- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef and chorizo. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
- Once the meat is browned, add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced poblano pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes (with their juices), kidney beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
